Songbird will offer an exclusive, limited-time Negroni menu featuring creative twists on the classic cocktail while showcasing native Australian ingredients.

From the current menu:
Little Princess is a reiteration of the popular Little Prince cocktail - a light, crisp and aromatic twist on a gimlet combining prickly fig tea cordial, Tanqueray 10 and yuzu. A nutty, bold and intensely flavoured blend of Don Julio Reposado, sesame amaro, cacao vermouth, fig dry vermouth and Saline solution.
Dancing in the Moonlight is an ode to the powerful and sensual pull of the moonlight and the way that one's tastebuds will dance when experiencing the five flavour profiles in one sip.
Galaxy Bar has also developed two brand new cocktails especially for the event: La Adelida, which is a refreshing yet spicy twist on a paloma made with Don Julio Blanco with spicy agave cordial, bergamot mezcal and mandarin; and Full Bloom - an herbal and floral cocktail of Tanqueray Rangpur, chamomile, yellow Chartreuse and lime.
