Twilight Tails: The SG Tavern
Songbird Bar introduces Twilight Tails, a new cocktail series that brings celebrated bartenders from around the world to Perth for a curated lineup of one-night-only experiences.
The series launches on Saturday 17 May with an exclusive takeover by internationally acclaimed bartender Shingo Gokan and his team from The SG Tavern in Tokyo. Savour signature cocktails from The SG Tavern, sister bar to The SG Club in Tokyo, ranked number 54 on The World's 50 Best Bars 2024 and number 23 on Asia's 50 Best Bars. Gokan's New York venue, Sip&Guzzle, is also recognised at number 5 on North America's 50 Best Bars. For one unforgettable evening, experience the vibrancy of Tokyo's bar scene brought to life in Perth.
Cocktails available throughout the evening for $24. Reservations are recommended for indoor, outdoor and bar seating.
SONGBIRD SIGNATURE GIN
Songbird has partnered with Rainfall Distillery to create a bespoke gin that is exclusively available at Songbird. The specialty gin has been distilled with native botanicals of pink finger lime, Geraldton wax, pepi leaf and sea parsley to produce a balanced mix of playful and zesty flavours.
